Answers? There's a precious lack of information.If you can, I'd go down there in person with a printout of the memo. You're the customer and there's no reason you can't get answers.
I'm in the same boat. 1/9 but the manager insists I'm getting a '22. In 23. I'm pretty sure they're going to convert it so I'm not making a big stink. These guys are out of their element, they've been towing the company line for so long they are on autopilot. Nothing to do but see how this chapter plays out. Getting pretty tedious.I just... I don't even know WTF is going on any more.
Support just said I have a build date of Jan 9, and it's going to be a MY 22. My Dealer hasn't responded to my question about last week's memo (like, did they get it at all).
And now, the email that I just sent to the sales manager (the person who had been most responsive) bounced - they aren't there anymore. So I've forwarded it to the managing partner, the general sales manager and the general manager. Maybe overkill?
