Man that sucks and I am very sorry to hear it. But the 7 days to make it ready is a lie. I picked my truck up the day after it arrived at the dealership. There's no way it would take 7 days, I even added the bedliner a few days after and that only took about 4 hours.

Call Ford customer service with your order code, sales code and vin if you have it. They will be able to tell you if an offer was generated and if it was give you a certificate number.
