I just called my dealer to see if they got the rollover memo and whether they took care of any duplicate order numbers. They assured me that there weren't any duplicates, but they had no awareness of the rollover memo and are still claiming mine will be built as a 22. I couldn't make any progress convincing them otherwise, but they said they would double check and get back to me. I'm feeling pretty uncertain that they will get things straightened out.

Ford Chat told me on Friday, November 4 my Mav was en route on truck to my dealer and would be there yesterday, 11/8...called the dealer on Monday, they had no knowledge of said delivery. Shockingly, the Mav was NOT delivered yesterday and my dealer knows nothing. Such an awesome experience.

I just... I don't even know WTF is going on any more.

Support just said I have a build date of Jan 9, and it's going to be a MY 22. My Dealer hasn't responded to my question about last week's memo (like, did they get it at all).

And now, the email that I just sent to the sales manager (the person who had been most responsive) bounced - they aren't there anymore. So I've forwarded it to the managing partner, the general sales manager and the general manager. Maybe overkill?
If you can, I'd go down there in person with a printout of the memo. You're the customer and there's no reason you can't get answers.

I did not get my ordered Maverick- still have to see what becomes of that order- but I now have an orphaned 2022 XLT Hybrid with Luxury Package that I got last Friday and drove home from Long McArthur. Yes, I had to pay over sticker but we needed a vehicle and they were willing to take less markup if I dropped my 2023 Long McArthur order.

Amazingly the truck is almost exactly what I originally ordered, color and all, just missing the sliding rear window which I can live without.

I hope all the rest of the October 21 gang get their Mavericks soon.

FYI. Have Ceramic coated mine vehicle last week and got a oil treatment on Monday. Today put on 3 of the Rokblokz mud flaps with on rear one to go. As had help arrive for putting on the Extang 2.0 Tri Fold tonneau cover. The bed extender may wait till spring as bough it for mulch, soil etc and was nervous with the 5 foot bucket on a 4.5 bed. So will use a tarp under and around the the bed extender and back to the tie downs. Only a mile from the nursery.

I heard back from my dealer and they are insistent that it will be a 22 and there is no rollover. My order is likely to end up going nowhere because of their incompetence. I didn't place a separate order for a 23 because we kept being told that all scheduled 22's would be built; in hindsight I should have ordered one anyway.

I think I'm lucky, my dealer seems to be on top of it. If you want to talk to them about where they can get the memo, it's apparently on a dealer-only site called FMCDealer.com
Here's a link to Tim's video where he detailed the site info, direct to the timestamp where he covered it.



If Tim's estimation is correct, the '23 order should show up by end of business Monday as the P99 then you can beat your dealer with a stick until they adjust it.

If Tim's estimation is correct, the '23 order should show up by end of business Monday as the P99 then you can beat your dealer with a stick until they adjust it.
That's my current plan. I'm hoping that once they actually see it's been moved to a 23, they will get their heads out of the sand.

Ford CS doesn’t know all the details. They told me the same stuff when I called them a while back. Go to your dealership. Any my22 that was given a build week beyond end of November is being transitioned to a my23 by Ford. Given a 99 priority code which your dealer will need to change to a priority 10. Look at your my22 order when at the dealer to be sure you don’t need to change anything due to the changes from my22 to my23. Then just stay in them until the dealer changes that priority code to a 10. Ford will do the rest.

Assuming you mean my 2023 order at Long McArthur? They canceled the order and it will not be scheduled or produced. Doing that allows them to fill other customer orders. It is painfully obvious not all the 2023 hybrids will get built and doing this cleared one from their order books.
