That worked! The only thing I noticed which isn't a big deal to me, it doesn't announce the mile....It just displays the miles. With Kilometers it announce the mileage.
I just followed the directions and everything works with one exception. The "What's my car Odometer" is reporting my miles in kilometers. The value is set to metric....what should I change this to so it reports in miles?
I have all the updates on my Maverick and have not experience any issues at all. I'm kind of thinking the service tech may have not followed the protocol on performing the software upgrade, something happened during the upload process (not the service tech fault) of the software upgrade or...
The Maverick is a nice little truck but to wave at another Maverick owner....I don't think so. The Corvette, Jeeps & Mini Cooper owners typically wave at each other (Ex Mini Cooper owner here) which is OK b/c they have a deep history / following....Google Mini on the Mack.
Sorry about your truck but your dash cam video is going to give me nightmares now. What did you do with the deer...was it to mangled to be processed for the meat?
Yep, I have the same issue in my 2022 XLT hybrid when I use my Waze app. The speed is just all over the place no matter how fast I set my cruise control.
Yep, bought my Hybrid b/c I wanted good gas mileage, fit in my garage, easy to park, pull my utility trailer full of mulch, to carry my kayak and most importantly the price with 0% financing. I never test drove one but was able to see one up close on the lot (it was sold waiting to be picked...
Had my windshield replaced on my Hybrid XLT and luckily my insurance policy covered everything. They told me where to take it and to call them to make the appointment. Made the appointment and asked them if I could upgrade the windshield to the sound proof windshield like the Lariat has. They...
So, you took your Maverick in to a Ford dealership to have repairs done, they test drove it and got into an accident while a Ford dealership employee was driving it? I kind of think they are 100% responsible for all the repairs since they got into an accident with your Maverick and provide a...
I'm old school where I kept it under 45 for the first 100 miles, under 50 until 500 miles and then drove it normally once I reached 1000 miles. Also, I did an oil change on my hybrid.
I purchased the Elevate rack because I wanted the hard roll up tonneau cover (Ford version). The hard roll up tonneau doesn't work well with Yakima & Thule from what I have read.....you have to do some modification to the rack base for it to fit.
As for a bike rack, I purchased the Kuat hitch...
An all electric Maverick would have to be priced under 40K before I would think about it and I would still keep my hybrid. If they sell a PHEV with a range of 50 miles during the winter and have a decent size gas tank I would. I use to own a Honda Clarity PHEV and it only had a 7 gallon gas...
