MBRP Exhaust installed on 2.0 Ecoboost Maverick (sound clips)

The 22nd of December 2022, I installed the MBRP Cat Back Exhaust on my Maverick.

I ordered it on the 16th of December and received it on the 20th.

Install was easy for a novice like myself. Instructions were great. Total time was about 45 minutes.

I went with the stainless option due to living in the rust belt.

I also ordered a different tip, kit comes with a round stainless tip, and I went with a rectangle looking black tip. Friend got the stainless steal one that came with my kit.

I find it to be the perfect sound, it is not fart can sounding at all, but a very nice deep sound.

Thanks. I have been a MBRP fan since 1999. I knew it was going to sound good coming from them. I find most the exhaust I have heard on the Mavericks sounded like Imports. I do not like that sound but wanted a deep tone.

This is definitely the best sounding option. I wish these companies would offer a test pipe kit for "off road use" so you could just unbolt and bolt on instead of having to cut the factory pipe

It is partly Ford's part that you have to cut the factory 16.25 inches from the cat.

I mean, technically the second cat isn't necessary, there are no downstream oxygen sensors so you could tie into the clamped flange.
