Someone here did actually install a custom exhaust on their hybrid but nobody chimed in to admonish them or tell them to get off their lawn surprisingly.

I just think it would be funny. Especially if the person next to you just isn't expecting it when the ICE kicks on.

They make quality exhausts. Had a 304 stainless on my F150

Even though 304, does it survive Chicago road salts?
Not sure if my 150 was stainless but black chrome gets ugly fast on salted roads! Even had them ceramic coated new

I am in Indy. Yes the stainless one will survive and is backed by a lifetime warranty.

I installed it on my FX4, so yep it will work.

304 is good stuff. Holds up to road salt no problem. It wont even surface rust

Sounds great. I really like that tip you put on. Just wondering if it's worth going stainless living in the south. That and the fact I change things up every few years.

If you live in an area they do not salt the roads, I wouldn't think you would need the stainless.
