Yep. Things are looking up!looks like not many changes ,but the price! when first ordered an xl hybrid was 21,590 w shipping now its 26,495w /shipping. only about 5,000 , but inflation and economy is fine !!when I looked a f150 lightning pro 39.995 now its over 54,000
I'll wait for my XL at $25,240.the fact that Ford sells a million accessories that no one buys together at once and you can option something out to be an insane price doesn’t make this price increase and feature removal any less concerning.
by your own logic, why not go buy one right now at markup as long as it’s a xl under $39k ? Lol
Don't worry you can purchase a pure sine wave rechargeable power point with an appropriate size battery which will let you have more power for a longer time without running the mavericks ice. The 400 watt inverter only allows 3.3 amps at 120 volts and cannot be used for items requiring pure sine wave supply. Why would they kill the inverter as an XL standalone option?
Would it be possible to buy the inverter from Ford and install myself?
I know there's a different keypad that can be installed but the advantages of the old one were 1) Looked nicer 2) No batteries to change 3) Included in the price of the vehicle.Keypad can be installed by dealer
I had to replace my sliding window on an older F150. The window replacement people never could make it stop leaking. After market isn't better and sometimes not as good.Just my $0.02... for those who are worried about the lack of manual sliding rear window... just throwing it out there... couldnt you possibly just call up glass repair shop guys and have them replace it with the manual rear window for a couple hundred bucks from an XLT? If its that much of a need and its not a stand alone option anymore. I would assume its literally a swap, as I dont see how the window size/shape is any different on all 3 trims.
no they didnt. they originally posted their disgust with the price increase just to get a damn window. you came out of nowhere with the argument of "ya but an xl can be 39K!" They asked how is that supposed to make them feel better? What argument? No argument here. He asked how.
This is what Japanese have done for years you want one item and you have to get highest trim $10-15k above baseFarley said he is going to simplify their vehicles, fewer parts, fewer choices. Reduces recalls, costs, complexity.
On the other hand maybe they are removing items to really WOW everyone with the 2025 changes.
Nice idea just order the 2023 manual sliding window and have it installedJust my $0.02... for those who are worried about the lack of manual sliding rear window... just throwing it out there... couldnt you possibly just call up glass repair shop guys and have them replace it with the manual rear window for a couple hundred bucks from an XLT? Take a chill pill, and unclench your panties.no they didnt. they originally posted their disgust with the price increase just to get a damn window. you came out of nowhere with the argument of "ya but an xl can be 39K!" They asked how is that supposed to make them feel better?
Anyway.... back to the order guide...
I've heard that's close to $1,000 to do after.Nice idea just order the 2023 manual sliding window and have it installed
I imagine that once it's available, Tommy B will start creating some builds. Is there any showing of the pricing being shown? I’m not seeing it…
I very well could be wrong but it seems I vaguely recall of an older thread were it was mentioned that something about interior trim prevented was an issue with putting the factory sliding window in if it didn’t come from factory. Sounds dumb to me, maybe someone else knowsJust my $0.02... for those who are worried about the lack of manual sliding rear window... just throwing it out there... couldnt you possibly just call up glass repair shop guys and have them replace it with the manual rear window for a couple hundred bucks from an XLT?
