Not really, production has caught up to demand and if they keep the 3rd shift they added to clear the backlog and the Bronco production continues to normalize then they easily have excess capacity.
This is normal. Brake lights will only come on when the brakes are applied. If it’s slowing on regen, whether in cruise control or just taking your foot off the gas in normal driving, the brake lights will not be illuminated.
Your dealer is reading the same FordAuthority articles we all are. (He's talking about this screen upgrade kit which may or not be legit https://fordauthority.com/2024/07/unofficial-2022-24-ford-maverick-kit-brings-sync-4-to-pickup/)
It only affects new scheduling for builds. If you've already been scheduled your parts have already been "allocated" to your build. If Ford is picking up some more builds to squeeze into their schedule (clean -up), the will need to be builds that have available parts capacity (so not XL).
Sometimes people use it for things other than the radio? Like having a bigger screen for maps would be great.
The MY25 is getting a larger screen anyways so this is the soon-to-be "factory sized" screen.
Note that the sticker is the MSRP of the vehicle at time of delivery, it will always reflect that price. It has nothing to do with any agreed-upon preorder.
Your dealer should honor your original pricing regardless.
