Ive had the deep sleep more during this cold weather. The weird thing is that it starts just fine with the remote start on my fob ( Lariat )

What is your build date?
I am not sure. I never got any emails from Ford as I think the dealer used his email address on the order. I think it was Jan of 2022. I got the truck in May of 2022.

My 22 Lariat hybrid is currently in deep sleep. It has been happening a lot since I picked it up in April. Build date was March 8th. Current voltage is 11.88 VDC. I've also seen 11.72 VDC several times. I would really like to know if any hybrids built after March 13th are getting deep sleep in FordPass. Truck always starts when in deep sleep, but remote lock/unlock and start are disabled and dome light doesn't come on when you open the door. TSB 22-2340 addresses the faulty cable, but it also states no crank - no start, so it's not being considered at this time, however I'm suspicious of it.
UPDATE: I charged up the battery then got voltage readings hourly. in one hour it went from 12.71v to 12.40v. Next I turned off WiFi hotspot. WiFi is still enabled as is auto updates. Overnight the voltage dropped .02V. I'm going to charge it up again and turn WiFi hotspot back on and see if the voltage drops might be the issue. At this point I'm just trying to isolate the problem. As a side note, FordPass is still showing the truck in deep sleep even though the battery is 12.27V. Do I need to take it for a drive to clear it? So much is not understood :-(

I have the problem of lights only turning on when exiting the vehicle. Almost as if Ford programmed it so that if you have a loss of voltage, it will save it for when you want to start up. No need if you're shutting down. If you have a dashcam you can turn off the parking mode. Resetting the BMS also helps. Bottom line is Ford fixing this Deep Sleep baloney. I heard it's in the works.

Interior dome lights no longer automatically turn on when opening door.
Either exiting or entering the Maverick - automatic dome lights no longer functioning

Dome lights will work when manually pressing them.
Dome lights will work when using the center toggle switch.

When running the car the battery voltage displays 15.1 volts.

Maybe I should reset the 12V battery management system ?

Any advice is appreciated. Thank You
Is this as simple as the switch next to the front dome light getting bumped? I noticed that the dome light turns on when you press on the lamp (with this switch turned off), but it won’t turn on when you open the door.

Thank you Caster. Unfortunately I tried both on/off press of the dome nights - and made no difference.

RE 15.1 v
Do not know exact temps but temp and 12v soc as well as what 12v circuits are activated determine bus voltage. In my hybrid lariat and temp below 40°F(?) 15.1 saw 15.3 twice. Over 40°F (maybe 50°F?) 14.6v-14.8v (The voltage while truck is "ready to drive" is not 12v battery voltage but is the voltage the computer has requested that the dc/dc converter provide to power whatever 12v draw is "expected to be needed at the ambient temp". To get 12v battery voltage turn off all accessories or you will be reading "open circuit" voltage and truck needs to be in accessory mode not ready mode. Also after a long drive (5 hours+/-) I have seen 12v soc of 12.8v so I am taking that to indicate my H lariat 12v battery must be a vented DEEP CYCLE battery but have not confirmed. I did find on O'Reilly's website a good description of ford's battery that's in maverick which they sell. On phone so cannot fetch link.

I tend to think it is a bad battery. Im over 14v while the truck is on but pretty much as soon as I turn it off it drops to 12.2

Today I went and checked 12v and found 11.6 (my power port meter is +/- 0.1 accurate). XLT LUX hybrid been 3 days since started and not charged to over 12.6v. placed truck on ready status in drive and fiddled in garage. Had 12v stuff pretty much all off. Did not take time but it was about 70 outside power port went to 15.0. left truck sitting about one hour. Heard ice start twice and checked meter it read 14.6v. Then turned truck off and then to accessory and meter read 12.9v (remember +/- 0.1v accuracy of meter) so battery was at or close to full charge. Then turned truck to ready and power port went to 14.5v so something was running, I believe. In any case 12v can be charged without actually driving. I will check 12v in am. How long did you have truck in ready status whether driving or not. I was surprised mine charged as fast as it did. The truck is linked to the wife's phone and I haven't asked her to check the Ford app to see if any messages are being sent but I haven't noticed any lights flickering or not coming on. Truck always starts usually every 2nd or 3rd day. Nevertheless anything under 12v is concerning.

Remember unless you have removed battery cable you will by reading open circuit voltage and you cannot turn everything off as simply opening door will turn some things on. Simply stepping on brake will take 0.1v off my reading. You will have to adjust your reading for whatever is drawing current. Or you must install voltage meter with internal battery and wifi capability to get accurate voltage of battery through your wifi phone connection and even then truck could and probably using some 12v current.

Yeah, Wi-Fi hotspots use a lot more power constantly advertising their availability... If you don't need it, turning it off is a great idea.

I turned off automatic updates and it seems to be helping. Dome lights are working again.

I,ve been reading this post and others like it since my truck has same starting problem but its a ecoboost.just wondering, what real good is the
BMS system anyway.🧐im all for improvement on cars that actually do some good but i dont see where this does much good in my opinion.

I think you've hit the proverbial nail on the head.
