For those who have had 22B39 completed. What is the part number for the cable that got replaced? I show NZ6Z-14300-D "Cable - battery to starter" as the part. I thought the problem was with the cable under the hood at the junction box (LX6Z-14290-PA). Ford techs help please.
Got the email, called dealership. They said they need to inspect the cable and will only replace it if it's bad. Geez, I thought they were all made with the same crappy solder connection, at least the ones in the stated date range. I don't have the no start condition, but had the deep sleep...
This will not get fixed until Ford recognizes it as a problem and assigns the proper resources. I have the same problem with my Lariat Hybrid built 3/8/22. I have had it looked at by two Ford dealers and have an open case with Ford Customer Care case. I now have to charge the battery using a...
My 22 Hybrid is doing the same thing. It's gotten worse just like yours. Have had it to the dealership twice. Both times they reloaded some module(s). I have been in touch with the service manager at the dealership and am waiting for them (FORD) to come up with a plan. Like most of you I have...
UPDATE: I charged up the battery then got voltage readings hourly. in one hour it went from 12.71v to 12.40v. Next I turned off WiFi hotspot. WiFi is still enabled as is auto updates. Overnight the voltage dropped .02V. I'm going to charge it up again and turn WiFi hotspot back on and see if...
I have measured bot at the battery and at the jump posts under the hood anywhere from 11.7 to 11.8 with the vehicle powered off. I currently am charging the battery. When it finishes charging I will keep reading the voltage without starting the engine. If it drops steadily then I would agree...
My 22 Lariat hybrid is currently in deep sleep. It has been happening a lot since I picked it up in April. Build date was March 8th. Current voltage is 11.88 VDC. I've also seen 11.72 VDC several times. I would really like to know if any hybrids built after March 13th are getting deep sleep...
Attended a local car show today. Took my 97 Mazda B2300 which I put a for sale sign on and just for kicks took the Mav. Had a lot of interest in the Mav. It was a fun day.
Doesn't this have vehicle collision prevention? Seems like it should have hit the brakes on its own. I had a guy stop dead in front of me while driving home from the dealer and the wife and I went flying forward. Found out about that feature real quick :-)
Got an email today from my dealership saying they had a Maverick available for a test drive. Scheduled a test and the wife and I drove there. It was an XLT ECO 2,0 AWD FX4 Area 51. Maybe the best driving truck I have ever driven. It's sold, but they made a deal with the buyer to keep it for 30...
