Hybrid hard breaking / thud at low speeds

Title says it all. Has there been a fix yet. I have had the surge fix for a few months and the hard breaking seems it got worse.

Many of us have experienced this issue. It was also discussed in another thread. At very low speed, (<5mph) the brakes will grab very hard when you try to gently come to a stop. A thud is heard many times, which sounds like the regenerative braking locking up. Nothing from Ford yet on this issue to my knowledge. I'm worried that someone will rear end me due to my abrupt stopping at times!

Has there been a status update on a software patch that will fix the clock time from not working properly?

I have also experienced this issue today for first time in stop and go traffic. Was only going around 10mph when it happened and had to slowly break for vehicle in front. Was a bit jarring. Hasn't happened since this morning. So Strange My Mav has barely 900miles

Ah man, it is such a great feature. It allows for full bodied dancing at stoplights. No more just bobbing my head for me!

My Maverick (hybrid) does this as well. Seems to be less severe when in eco mode... anyone else notice that?

I’ve noticed this in scenarios like a drive thru. It’s very jarring when it happens. Essentially it feels like someone is stepping on the pedal.

Hello Ford,
Do you have a fix for this or not? You sent me down a rabbit hole, there is no fix that the service people know about, Ford hasn't mentioned the problem to them. Do you have concrete plan of action for this?
