While towing are you in the actual TOW mode or not ?
This issue is not while towing, havent towed yet, and it is in all modes. Seems to be fixing itself slowly after the tcm reset but still a lil funky.

Keep driving it, my AWD Ecoboost’s tranny started smoothing out at about 4,000 miles.
NOT !
Take it in now at least for documentation.

I had a slight problem with shift but it was caused by a traction control button I had hit without meaning to. I am a little slow, but when I noticed it was on I turned it off and issue was resolved.

I've had exactly the same issues since the day I bought mine new. 2024 XLT AWD 4K tow. Very rough and harsh shifts with hesitation until I hit about 35mph (whatever gear it's in at that point). I've had it looked at a couple of times and the dealer has said the usual excuses (fluid 'looks fine', no codes, can't reproduce the issue, etc.). I love the truck but I hate the transmission. This is normal driving and not towing. I'm at a little over 25,000 miles.

Im with you man, still having problems. Took it in today and wasnt able to recreate the issue. Im definitely gonna keep pressing the dealer to look further so I will keep you updated.

My 24 is also doing this when it's cold. 24k miles but I'm going to change out the trans, ptu and rdu fluids. Absolutely fine when warmed up so I'm hoping it's just underfilled or a drain and fill will rectify this. Love the truck but man...the trans. I have a cpo 100k warranty on the trans so I will also be taking it in if this doesn't help.

I HAVE AN UPDATE.

Have them do the RDU Fluid, they found metal and pieces of the clutch pack. They are replacing the clutch pack but the not the entire RDU and I will update if that solves the issues.
