Ford no doubt spends LOTS of money on folks like Sal and we appreciate that. I just wish they would have spent just a little bit more to improve the quality of and the fit of the plastic parts in and under the dashboard of the Maverick. I might still have one if they had.

Get something else that does not have a "built in" dash rattle. i would still have my 24 XLT/FX4 LUX 4K Tow if it wasn’t for a very loud/heavy dash rattle when it was below 65 degrees outside.

On my 2024 Lariat Hybrid, I would press accelerator all the way to the floor when I pressed start button. Gas engine would start and stay running for a few minutes.

Just my opinion at age 82, my 24 XLT LUX, FX4, 4K Tow rode smoother than my 24 Lariat Hybrid did.

That the dashboard rattles as bad as my TWO Mavericks did.

Take your test drive (if possible) in the coolest part of the day. Find some bumps in the road. Listen for dash or other interior rattles. Certainly hope you get a “good” one. Maverick is very versatile & you should enjoy it.

How prone to interior rattles they are. My 24 Lariat had multiple rattles in the dash as well as above the headliner in front & rear. My 24 XLT, LUX, FX4, 4K TOW, has dash rattle that sounds like the defroster duct hitting something. Very annoying.
