Is the process for ForScan Lite (android) the same as it is on ForScan for Windows? Asking because I'm considering buying the adapter to disable the double honk, but the bluetooth ones are cheaper and I can just use my phone instead of my dying laptop that needs to be plugged in to run lol.

Ok I now have sport and eco modes on my tremor, at least on my display. I will try it out tomorrow.
I am wondering if there's a legit reason for not having those modes on the tremor or fx4, couldn't find anything in my search

No, the Lite version can not "Configure and Program" to make modifications.

I see you got your answer. But at least you won't have to run an extension cord out to your Mav. I see you have a Lariat Lux so you should be able to plug your laptop into the Mav's inverter.

Yea I think I spoke too soon and I honestly wasn't sure I even still had the laptop. I don't. I'm going to borrow a family members for the short term. Double honk is killing me lol. I was really hoping the EB didn't have it since I carried over from an Escape Hybrid... but it does. They all do it seems. I thought it was just a hybrid thing because it's quiet etc etc.

No joy. Had to take it to the dealer so they could force it with FDRS. Currently only the SSM advising servicers to do it that way. I'm not a happy camper about having to pay someone labor for this issue that @Ford Motor Company needs to fix.

Man, there are 3 things I wish I could reprogram my Maverick to do:
1. Start with the headlights in the Off position, not Auto.
2. Start with the Auto Start/Stop also in the Off position.
3. Reorder the drive modes so Eco mode is second, not the 4th.

I would also love to have # 1
Anyone think it's possible to default lights to off ?
I've noticed they don't come on if any door besides the drivers is opened first

#2 is possible with a module

#3 is theoretically possible if you Don't mind removing slippery and tow

Theres been a big discussion in another thread and it seems like Canadian Mavericks do not have the option to turn the DRLs off but the USA Mavs do.

Had some time today to play around in Forscan. I'm no Forscan expert but I have made a number of changes on my 2023 Bronco. Went in and tried to disable the ASS using the "easy button" method ie enable/disable and that doesn't work. You have to change the values in the "AS Built" in the PSCM module address 730-03-01. There are 3 sets of values. In the 3rd set of values change the 1st 2 digits from 01 (enabled) to 00 (disabled). Then click write all and follow the key off/on instructions. That's it.

while reading up on using a Kicker Key200.4 amp; I read a reviewer who used Forscan to convert speaker outs into Line Level Outputs on his 2016 mustang. Has anyone ever tried or heard of this? Links to examples:
Bass roll off & EQ
Line Level out

x2 on this one! Really interested in it since I have run Forscan before and I want to try to get full range out of the speaker outs. I think the sub I added is not seeing the full range from the speaker taps.

Not sure if any of it is valid. There are speaker configuration settings, EQ settings, speaker outputs, etc.

Not sure what it means by Animation Type though. AT-ST? Like the "CHICKEN" walker?

Might try line 31 from the spreadsheet in the forum link. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1687925-2022-auto-headlights.html looks like it will default to last position.
