So? At 9.5 v the battery is dead.
50% state Charge is 12.0 to 12.1 volts.
0% state of charge is 10.0 V.

What Ford is saying is that if you have a dead battery you’ll get the message.

Pretty sure that 50% SOC is not the version based on mere resting V you can find in tables, but rather their BECM SOC which is based on a few other values in a formula.
And leaves much to be desired for accuracy I'd wager.

Also not always dead, could be sitting for too long - starting could be a problem so start cutting out battery draws then.

Interesting 9.5 V must be enough to send out 1 last message from from truck modem it's going to deep sleep.
Would be interesting to see what is hit 1st - 14 days no driving, or dropping to those battery levels after constant communication. Surprised it could hit 14 days actually. Perhaps in great ATT cell coverage.

Nowhere in the service bulletin does it say that the battery should operate at 9.5 V.

The only time mine goes into power save mode is when I have had the radio on in my ACC mode waiting on my wife.

Welcome to Maverick Hybrid life, battery saver mode is just a fact of life for low use owners. This really isn't typical for most hybrids, Ford just put too small of a battery in these combined with poor charging software settings. Why they don't fix the software issue is beyond me, guess they like handing out battery replacements for free.
Mine is a daily driver, so it’s not low use and I still swapped it to an AGM because of this issue. For most of us typically starts six months after ownership.

I have a 2024 Lariat Hybrid. I don't drive it much, 1600 miles in 6 months, so I occasionally charge the battery. Yesterday, even after fully charging the battery I drove it about 10 miles and as soon as I parked it my Ford Pass states "Vehicle In Battery Saver Mode" "Drive to reconnect Ford Pass." I have had the dealer check both the battery and charging system and they say everything is fine, just charge the battery as needed. My wife's Escape is driven even less than my Maverick and never has this issue. I never had it on my Fusion I owned previously which was driven the same. Anyone else have this issue?
It might be that you are not charging it around the Black "block" BMS battery sensor on the negative battery cable, so the Maverick is not sensing your charge. Connect the negative cable of the charger to where the negative cable attaches to body ground. Or it could be that you app is just taking time to update to the latest battery level, or your phone is reacting to an old notification.

Have not heard this. Do they use H4 AGM's?
When I lookup the battery, it's still the original EFB#
EFB falls into the AGM category.

Did this inhibit your ability to drive the vehicle like you normally would or are you just concerned because you got a message in FP?

EFB falls into the AGM category.
Not Exactly..........
While EFBs are an improvement over traditional flooded auto batteries, AGM batteries outperform enhanced flooded batteries. For starters, AGM batteries provide more electrical energy than an EFB can and recharge up to five times faster. An AGM battery will also typically last two to three times longer than a flooded battery, with an average lifespan of five to eight years. Plus, they're much better at standing up to the negative impact of vibrations and extreme weather. On the downside, an AGM battery will cost you more upfront than an EFB, however, since they last longer, an AGM battery will probably end up saving you money in the long run. In addition, AGM batteries have much longer warranties.

Nowhere in the bulletin does it say anything other than battery saver parameters at 9.5v which was the whole point. I didn't write the F’ing thing FORD did, wtf is your beef with me?

I never had an issue with driving but was concerned and annoyed with the messages that are now seemingly inaccurate based on my voltage tests after the message is received. I use FordPass for other things so have no plan to delete it and now I just ignore the messages and occasionally hook it up to a NOCO. If I ever have a starting issue I will just replace the battery with an AGM.
