  1. Is my Auto stop and start broken?

From the owners manual on or around page 170. It can also be found in the table of contents under "Auto-Start-Stop-Gasoline".
  2. Sorry youngsters, I had to go old school Maverick build!

Nice, now all you need is the Tommy Bahama shirt to complete the look.
  3. Ford Pass 5 Beta

Thanks for the tip. Installing an apk probably falls under the "or other means" I mentioned in my post and of course tire is spelled tyre because like I already said in my post it's meant for European customers.....
  4. Ford Pass 5 Beta

Hmmm maybe they opened it up to the US market since the original launch in 2019. I'm still not seeing it when I search for Ford Pass Pro in the Play Store. All I see is the regular FordPass and then something called Ford Pro Telematics Drive.
  5. What's your Maverick mileage and ownership time?

2022 XLT Eco AWD with tow and lux packages. Purchased in January of 2022. Currently has 13K miles or around 500 miles per month.
  6. Ford Pass 5 Beta

FordPass Pro is only available to European customers at this time and is meant for commercial use. If you have it on your phone you probably used a VPN or other means to download it. From the Ford.com article. https://media.ford.com/content/fordmedia/feu/en/news/2019/09/19/Ford_Pass_Pro.html
  7. Drive Mode - It has changed!

I hope that you and your grandson enjoy your trucks.
  8. Drive Mode - It has changed!

So yeah it's pretty obvious you aren't familiar with the differences between standard equipment and optional equipment. Everything I posted is accurate so if you have an issue with the nomenclature take it up with Ford not me.
  9. Drive Mode - It has changed!

Sigh.......the FX4 package is an OPTIONAL package not standard equipment. I can't believe you are arguing with me about this but here we go. From the most recent 2024 order guide. The same information is true for 22MY and 23MY Mavericks.
  10. Drive Mode - It has changed!

The other two drive modes called mud/ruts and sand are optional drive modes they are not standard. The reason they are considered optional is because you need optional equipment in order to get them.
  11. Drive Mode - It has changed!

The Maverick has always come standard with 5 drive modes and drivetrain doesn't matter. It didn't just magically appear so my guess is you just didn't notice it until now. The five standard drive modes are: Normal, Eco, tow/haul, slippery, and sport.
  12. Went old school…. Maverick build on chrome wheels

Did you also get the required Tommy Bahama shirt when you had those installed?
  13. I thought Ford was done with a small EV pickup? [⚠️ ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS]

Please don't bring common sense into any online discussion especially one regarding EVs. Nobody wants to read that.
  14. What are your Solar eclipse plans?

Like many others have already mentioned I plan on being at work that day. If time permits I might step outside and take a look.
  15. WeSalute+ Veterans get X pricing?

One other thing to consider besides what @Superg0 has already suggested is make sure your dealer accepts X plan pricing. Especially before you spend the money on a membership. I know they are suppose to but I've read many times on here and on other forums that the customer went in to purchase...
  16. Mabett | Maverick Fender Flares Available Now!

Need a little bit more context to really make a judgement. How wide is the gap? Have you measured it? How does it look from 5-10 feet away? Can you show us a picture at that distance?
  17. Used Maverick prices keep climbing

Well to start the used Maverick market was a lot different back in May of 2023........
  18. Unwanted Driver Warning

You can disable this feature temporarily in the settings menu but I don't believe there is a permanent way to disable it. Every six months it will ask again as a reminder in case things in your life change like having a baby, getting a pet, or sell the vehicle to a new owner.
  19. Refresh Maverick spy pics - larger display screen and off-road tires

Meh, you get used to it. One thing I like about Fords Sync4 is that the most commonly used HVAC controls are always static on the screen. No diving into menus to turn on heated/ventilated seats, changing cabin temperature, heated steering wheel, rear defrost, etcetera. Even though it's a...
  20. Why the #!!%$ is Liability Insurance so Costly for the Maverick?

You guys wanna hear something really crazy? It's actually cheaper to insure our 2023 Mach-E Performance than it is our 2022 Maverick XLT. Let that sink in for a second. A vehicle with a 3.6 0-60 time with 1/4 mile times in the low 12's is cheaper to insure than a Maverick. Everything else is...
