Hi Everyone,

I'm not sure when the FordPass app was updated, but last week I changed my own oil but was unable to enter that in the FordPass app. Did they remove that with the resent app update or am I just not looking in the right place? I had done it before and can still see the previous oil changes in the service history.

Something else I just noticed is that I had just got my Mav back from the dealership for some warranty work (The service engine soon light came on which led to them replacing the 12V battery, BCM, and a harness) but I don't see that entered in that app's service history either.

Any ideas as to how to enter the service history?

i noticed i could not enter my own service update either via the FordPass App.
I was able to do it via regular online ford.com though

When I've tried to add to my service history at ford.com I get an error message
"Oops! Something went wrong adding your entry. Please refresh and try again later."

Ford has taken it out of the Ford Pass App for a little while, It's undergoing a refresh / update. I'll wait for it to come back in about 1 or 2 months.

I got the same error message and ended up calling Ford after several attempts over a week.

The error message comes up when you list out the things you did in the free text box. I marked oil change and filter change boxes and then in free text I listed

Mobil One 5w30 full synthetic
Motorcraft 910 filter.

Instead if you write it out in paragraph form

Mobil One 5w30, Motorcraft 910 oil filter

It will accept it.
