As others have mentioned, try a new battery first. The question i have is have you done all required recalls, if any? Specifically, the wire harness that feeds the 12v battery ? The frustration is obvious ... you are not alone though. Many user here have had similar issues.

Calling them bug deflectors is almost a joke. At highway speeds, you are killing any insects your Mav front end hits. You aren't going to deflect jack! But yes ... the debris is what I want to hit the deflector rather than any painted surface. If a piece of debris happens to be deflected away...

While black wheels do give the "blob" effect, gloss black wheels help to reduce it. Clean and shiny/glossy draws the eyes to them and separates them from the surrounding matted black wheel well, tires, and plastics. I have come to like them a lot.
