Congrats on forcing your salesman into action!All my communication with them was over the phone and email. I called this morning and they told me my rep was with a customer so I just forwarded him the confirmation email my buddy got and said I never received one and I got my email shortly after. I bet they were going to bulk enter them or something because it took me asking a couple times to get it sorted out.
I am not to sure about the bulk order idea. When I ordered over the phone, my salesman asked me all the questions in a logical order. I think I heard him typing.
It would be much quicker and easier to simply type the responses once, into the Ford order form and hit enter. Anything else wastes a lot of time and effort.
I'd like to know why some dealers have to be badgered before they will submit an order on time?
