9/21/23 Scheduling Email Received Group [EMAILS UNLIKELY!]

These past two days I’ve gotten two emails seems to be going super fast is this normal since it went from in production to shipped in two days?

I wish mine would update. I was scheduled for this this week as well, however to my delight, the tracker updated to "in production" last Friday, but it hasn't moved since. No Emails though, I just keep checking the tracker.

Mine was built last Wednesday, the tracker said shipped Friday and I got the shipped email Saturday.

Have you got your window sticker? My sisters truck was scheduled for this week also and same as you sitting in production but she hasn't got a window sticker.

Order tracking link for the window sticker just kept saying "come back later" however in another thread someone posted a link that I dropped my VIN into that did work, saved it to my desktop...

Perhaps the computer that sends out the scheduling e-mails is standing up to support the UAW. I knew AI would ruin everything.

For our two Lariat hybrid orders one of the production scheduling emails came on Tues and the second on Thursday before 10am CT. Oct 16th can't get here fast enough after waiting more than a year.

Saw a couple on the subreddit. But they were the "sorry" emails.

I got the "it's been 45 days and we don't have an update for you" email this week.

Same here, Still waiting. Both my son and myself are waiting on MY23 rollover orders. I already expected to be at the back of the line for both XL Hybrid orders with trailer hitches.

Same here, have a 2024 ordered Hybrid XL (2023 rollover) with Copilot 360, hitch and SIBL, you will love them when you get them. Have a 2022 XL Hybrid with same Copilot 360, hitch and SIBL, couldn't be happier (did have to add the cruise control switches and program). Got the 2022 in March 2022, have almost 10k miles, averaging 47+mpg.

So looks like no MTC members got an email this week? Well that is unfortunate. I get a little hopeful every time people start getting their emails and I know that every time one is built, then mine is one closer. I was hoping to have mine by winter break to tow the trailer somewhere, but maybe spring break will be the time.

So are they not sending emails when scheduled? Or maybe orders get scheduled by planners, but not the emails don't go out until confirmed by the plant/line manager?

It also makes me wonder if ERP is managed by planners in Detroit, not in Hermosillo, and they are UAW members...?

Just out of curiosity I chatted with Ford Customer Service and they informed me that mine had been scheduled. I never received an email informing me although I have received plenty of “sorry” emails since I ordered last year. Hopefully, it’s not a late April fools joke.

Did you receive a confirmation email for the '24 when you ordered it? If not, then you are not going to get emails about the '24 unless your dealer updates this.

Same here. xl hybrids will probably be the very last roll overs to be scheduled..
