Deep sleep hybrid ssm 52307 & 53087

Ford has established inaccurate sync3 deep sleep notifications (52307) and intermittent battery drain when ignition is off (53087). Questions are if others experience all dashboard lights out during deep sleep, and if removing the maverick from the fordpass application will stop the intermittent battery drain? I fear I may have stopped the erroneous messages by removing from the application, but will still experience the intermittent battery drain. Fyi For others with the issue the Ford "fix" is disconnect the 12v negative battery for 5 minutes, and charge.

I'm not sure what the issue is with my '23 Maverick hybrid, but the Ford dealership has replaced my battery twice in the span of 15 months because it keeps going into deep sleep. It's our daily driver and regularly driven, so I'm not sure what is causing it. I can't believe that I've gotten 2 bad batteries in a row in less than a year and a half.

I'm disconnecting the truck from the fordpass application. Obviously I don't get the sleep message anymore. Time will tell if the occasionally needed jump starts go away too. All the clicking and clacking noises I hear when parked have gone away.

If you remove fordpass you reduce communication electrical usage to the Ford pass but NOT the electrical usage to Ford servers or some other thing happening in the TMC. That's why people are removing a fuse = deactivate the dang thing!

The battery is perfectly good when installed, but the BCM is misprogrammed and not charging it properly. That causes the battery to sulphate, leading to early death. Rumour has it that a fix is coming in 1Q25, but meanwhile just keep getting no-cost warranty battery replacements.

I drove 65 miles on Friday and Saturday morning I got the message from FordPass that my truck was in Battery Saver Mode. Nearest Ford dealership is 85 miles away. Needless to say this is frustrating!!
I ordered a 2025 AWD Hybrid. I really hope that Ford has figured out the fix for this problem before my build date on December 16th.

Unlikely, given that the fix is not expected until 1Q25.

I am having this same issue. Jumping this battery every day! I took it in to replace the battery for the third time and this time they tell me the battery is fine. "you are not using the engine enough to charge the battery" so they charge it and send me on my way. two days later I am jumping it again. This is so frustrating!!

I'm at about three months now with only disconnecting the fordpass application. So far been working like a normal vehicle.
