Ford has just blown past another self-issued deadline and has NOT released a guaranteed fix for the deep sleep problem that almost everyone with the hybrid Maverick is experiencing. They initially said they would have a solution by the end of the first quarter of 2025 (March 31) and then moved the goal post to the end of the second quarter (June 30). Well, that has now passed as well with NO announcement of a final PERMANENT fix to the deep sleep problem.
They released an SSM that said the "some" maverick hybrids "may" be experiencing a parasitic battery drain from the AC Module, and a software update "may" correct that. Enough is enough Ford. Stop throwing spaghetti at the wall hoping something will stick.
I am beginning to believe they are completely incapable of solving this problem since they have had the 2022 through 2025 model years to solve it. Incompetency and not keeping their commitments must now be "Job One" at Ford.
