I completely sympathize with the OP's comments. It is very frustrating when you feel there is a problem and it isn't being addressed. However as others have noted I don't know that Ford has even officially acknowledged there is a problem with the 12v system which is a problem in and of itself. We know they monitor these forum and they have a fantastic social media team and some great people that work for them. I have been impressed with most of the interactions I have seen. I am curious if anyone had put the team in the loop and tried to get some answers about this concern over the 12v system. I mean they have to know they just replaced a bunch of batteries already and switched manufacturers. That does not seem to have addressed the issue. So maybe we need to use a different tactic to get their attention.

I know my work around right out of the gate is going to be pull F11 fuse, and put it on a battery tender between drives until I see an all clear here on MTC. There has to be a way to escalate with Ford to see what they have to say. If they are working the issue then just say that, but something is better than nothing.
Glad that you appear satisfied pulling a fuse and thus eliminating features that we paid for. Glad you are happy turning a hybrid vehicle into a plug in electric vehicle. We paid for things that Ford advertised as desirable features but the problem they have acknowledged keeps those features from functioning. Also. If we had wanted a plug in electric car, we would have bought one.

I didn't say I was satisfied with that solution. If I am dis-satisfied and concerned about it I will do something about it. Since I don't yet have my truck I have nothing to be dis-satisifed about yet. But I am here on this forum to learn, share, inform, help in any way I can. That is why many of us are here on the forum to share common experiences, cut through the bull, and maybe learn a thing or two. Now I realize you are upset, but you don't have to take it out on those who are on your side. My truck will hopefully be here next week as the delivery dates are slipping... Until then I have a game plan for starters.

H5 AGM and not a deep sleep in 20 months, battery voltage stays at 12.6x to 12.8. - OEM EFC battery is likely the cause.

Explain why 2025 models with a factory AGM are also having deep sleep? Do you have FordPass and is it set to alert you? Also, an H5 battery is not what Ford uses. The location calls for an H4 size. Did you modify anything to fit it in there?
