The 5.7 is a bit of a misnomer.

It seems not all of it comes out.
Thus you'll need to add 5 to 5.5 something like that.

On the dipstick there is one whole quart of "wiggle room" in the acceptable depth of oil.

First 2 were free at the dealer.
(and they over-filled)

Third I will do myself.
A 5 quart bottle is probably enough.
I'll let you know next summer.

There's a quart of space between the holes.

Hard to get a good dipstick reading these days. On my Honda I can put in the exact amount and the dipstick still reads low. On my Kia the dipstick was difficult to read as it was the same color as the oil. I disliked the Kia oil pan as it drained from the front and on ramps it would not drain completely. You still need to account for the filter oil unless it drains from above like a BMW. Level ground is needed for a good reading but few driveways are level. Mine is flat and looks level but several spots according to my bubble level aren't.

Wished my shield looked that good .
What I'm going to do with the drain plug is going to get one of those extended drain hoses so I can make the hole a little smaller and just pull the hose down and drain the oil 🤔

Take advantage of Costco sales and Mobil 1 (or Pennzoil, etc) rebates!!!
https://www.mobil.com/en/lubricants/promotions
Also, use a site like Rakuten (see sig link) for other ways to save even more with cashback deals. I used to load up on synthetic oil when it was free after rebate (BITOG days - now I don't have garage space for it) :)

Thanks.

Mobil 1 Cheaper than Costco at Retailers right now with $35.99 with $10 rebate = $25.99 for 5 quart jugs.

Wrong. That's two 5 quart jugs of Costco full synthetic for $30 ( $15 per 5 quart jug )

Can you show me? Is that Nation Wide? I didn't see that here. Was that a past promotion?

I mean MOBIL 1. Not house brand.
(which is probably just as good but lets compare apples to apples.)

Thanks.

The online price today is $39 for two 5 qt jugs but in store is usually less.

For House Brand. Correct?
Never mind. I found my own answer

5 qt jugs are not even available locally. Just this:

$1 a quart more for Mobil 1 vs. Kirkland at O'Rileys right now after $10 rebate per 5 quart jug. No limit.

You can only buy Kirklands oil at Costco. I usually pay between $30 and $32 for TWO 5 qt containers. At $30 for 10 quarts that translates to $3 per quart of oil. You can't beat that price for full synthetic.

The real surprise is that Warren makes both Kirklands and Mobil 1 oil as well as several other major brands. Are the additives the same? Maybe or maybe not.

Since the certification standards are the same and if you change your oil regularly like I do ( every 4k miles ) Kirklands makes more sense than any of the higher priced options.

You sir are an anomaly, engineers make tons of money so they don't have to do it themselves. They just take it to the Mini lube and let some low-tech tear up the truck.
All those lube places advertise how quick they are. I've had them screw up the drain plug and the filter. I'd rather have it done good than fast.
