When and what did you order? I ordered August a FE Hybrid Lariat from Chapman.Chapman told me my original Maverick ordered had been canceled by Ford, today I got an email from Ford saying my order was delayed. No mention of how long or anything else, just that it was delayed and they would let me know when it was scheduled. I pretty much knew Chapman would just let the order play out and if it came in sell it to the highest bidder.
Has your Maverick arrived? How are things going with Chapman?I got my shipped email 2/15 with estimated delivery between 2/27 and 3/5. Mine is going to Chapman Scottsdale. I'll let everyone know when it arrives! Lol
Wow! I think I'd have words with the GM about that finance guy! That's some bs that he tried to sneak in things you didn't ask for or want!OK, I ordered mine from Rodeo Ford (an Earnhart group dealer) was expecting to get nailed. Pleasant surprise that didn't happen, the dealership made many mistakes, they owned what they did and made things right. I picked mine up 4 days ago.
All Vehicles have added items about $1700 and marked up, mine did not have them, I had spoken to the GM before my truck arrived. My only real issue was the Finance department, I hate them, even though the FI guy keep asking me if I wanted an extended warranty and I kept saying NO. When it came time to sign the paperwork he throw in a wheel and tire package, after I caught this and asked what the F is was, he took it out of the deal, payments lowered $35/m....
It arrived about 3 weeks ago. Everything went really smoothly once I was dealing with people other than my original salesperson. I've been back to the dealership twice since. Once to pick up my FITS box in the service area (they had it waiting for me after I called) and once to get my windows tinted. Could have gone elsewhere for the tinting but I figured I'd throw em a bone, as I was able to avoid all the other "desert protection package" add-ons. The fact that I DID successfully avoid the protection package actually shocked the finance guy.... which says a lot lolHas your Maverick arrived? How are things going with Chapman?
You will LOVE this truck! 46.3 MPG as of yesterday .... it's got me smiling from ear to ear as I pass all these gas stations RoFlHas your Maverick arrived? How are things going with Chapman?
Typical BS for the Finance department, their main job is to make more money for the dealershipWow! I think I'd have words with the GM about that finance guy! That's some bs that he tried to sneak in things you didn't ask for or want!
That's the only part of the whole trip down to the dealership that I dread once my Maverick finally arrives. The last time I bought a new truck, 2008, I told the finance person, as soon as we sat down, I understand that you have to make offers and try to make money, however, when I say "no thanks" we move on to the next item. If you can't do that then lets get the manager in here right now and we'll cut to the bottom line. I just don't want to sit there and listen to a bunch of sales pitch about crap that I don't want! I'll listen to hear what's on offer and say no thanks, I don't need a pitch. I'm guessing I may need to be very careful reading all the paperwork since there might more of an effort to "add" items they hope that I won't catch. Who knows! My internet salesman said they don't add anything to your order and they do offer stuff, but only you can accept it. So I'll see how that goes.Typical BS for the Finance department, their main job is to make more money for the dealership

I ordered on Jan 10, they told me I would get it in April. did not believe that. Decided in late Feb to switch to Bronco Sport they said I could get by Late March. It came in early and I got it in early March. Would have liked the Mav but did not want to wait until who knows when to get it.When and what did you order?
