I'm 37. An XL with the tow package is perfect for me. I think Ford is targeting the 25-40 buyers, but IMO the Maverick is very well suited to just about every age driver.

Mid 50’s and looking for a daily driver don’t need 4 wheel drive I will be happy as long as it has enough bells and whistles to keep the wife happy I also need something that can haul my power wheel chair

I think I fall right into the target as well. I'm 25, no kids but have been married for 5 years with (hopefully) kids on the way soon to fill the house we just built. We live in the "country" in a small town of less than 1k. Currently have a 2010 Ranger extended cab that my wife drives 140 miles a day and I drive a 2010 F-150 crew cab around 100 miles a day. Needed two 4-doors so that each could haul kids/people. Plus the hybrid will be better on gas than anything we currently have. We ended up with an XLT in Area 51 w/ the luxury package because the wife HAD to have heated seats....even though we live in southern central Texas.

59….. last truck was a small stick shift GMC Sonoma. Once I started a longer commute in 2000 I ditch it and ever since drove disposable cars, Pontiac grand am’s.
They were very good and dependable for me but I longed for the days to get back into a small truck.
Hello Maverick, Lariat Lux Shadow Black with Black Wheels. See ya when you arrive in the Fall.

I will be 73 when I get my velocity blue Lariat. It will replace my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. I am getting too old lifting 4 x8 sheets of sheet rock onto the top of the Jeep..
Same age, similar circumstances.

19… I drive a 2002 Ranger, runs… ok… but MPG is awful. This will be a massive improvement, being able to use it for work hauling windows and such while also using it for going to college and getting awesome MPG

76, and it seems perfect with the roll-up hard tonneau for my golf clubs. Plus 4 doors for the grandkids, great gas mileage with the hybrid, enough room to hall wood pellets for the stove, seems to be perfect.

First car was a 1954 Ford Custom, 2 door, Automatic, Flat Head Eight, 6 volt.
I was 16...................a young Buck if ever there was one?
60 years later a Ford will be part of my heritage that started back then!
It pleases me to no end to be part of the Ford Family again!

I'm 41 and never owned a truck. I've been looking for a while just to have some added utility but the prices are insane, new & used. I saw the Maverick and the size and price struck a chord. I like the utilitarian interior and the little design details they included. I think it will be a fun little ride for the family.
