Ya!..........I believe your situation is similar as Ford does not offer the Smoking Pkg. here in Canada whereas the Block heater is......so it's a regional thing. I find it strange that they would not at least offer the choice considering wind chill can quickly bring down Temperatures to -40 F.

Have not noticed anywhere mentioning a block heater. The heated steering wheel, seats, outside mirrors etc. are a blessing here in Canada. It may be a minor gripe but when temps hit minus 20 / minus 40 over nite the benefits of starting your vehicle the next morning cannot be put into words...
