Yes indeed Ryan, thanks again. I'll make that change soon. I'm confident it will work as you described, exactly as I prefer. FYI, I fueled for the 2nd time today. Had to look closely to find the fuel door release button. Lol.

You mean by pressing on the gas door? lol
I had a Focus prior, and while it shows an obvious 'indent' for your finger to press, it was not obvious which side on the Mav. Thats fine, it looks nicer without the indent, and typically it just takes 1 time to learn where to press. I'd rather it look clean and smooth and be slightly baffled upon first fill up. haha

I’m trying to find the wiring for 79 and 80 from the fuse block under the hood.

79 25 A Left-hand side enhanced exterior lighting module.
80 25 A Right-hand side enhanced exterior lighting module.

I crudely ran a wire from the fuse to my 8 switch bank to power it upon returning to my vehicle.

When I open the door it activates powering up the switch. Turns off at some point so it’s not on all the time.

Works great. I’d just rather tie in to the wiring somewhere if anyone figures it out. I’m thinking of running my bed lighting off of it too so I don’t need to start my vehicle.

I suspect I can do that of the cargo lights from the bed as it’s likely on the left hand exterior lighting module.

Next project šŸ˜‰

Hybrids have a button with the headlight module

No, the 25MY hybrid has a button above the headlight knob. You have to press that button to release the fuel door lock. Previous Fords I've owned in recent years you pressed and released the fuel door from outside to open, as you describe. I assume it's a 2025MY change?? Year-to-year changes keep us guessing. Lol!

My '25 Lobo is a 'push the door cover' situation; no button (i looked for a button initially when i got to the pump).

Why they didn't make all the trim levels the same regarding fuel door stumps me???

Just updated the spreadsheet with global windows for the 2025. Looks @fcoplo has figured it out as well. I'll add you @r0tax tax to the contributors of the spreadsheet and @fcoplo.
Could I get a read only copy of the spreadsheet? I want to get all my codes together in 1 spot before getting the 2 month license again. Thanks in advance if this is possible

Been that way since the start - higher pressure in hybrid tanks, they release before door opens. I guess to avoid a potential cooling spray of fuel to the body on hot days.

Wait...is the spreadsheet inside the Forscan that I download? Apologies I am new to Forscan and thought people on here were keeping a spreadsheet of codes and such.

No not in Forscan.
The spreadsheet EONR24 worked up is at: Forscan - Maverick Master List

That's where you can download it if want to:

Ty for linking. I also updated my OP with the link to it, and credit to EONR24. I thought I had it there, but it was just credit for the information. Hopefully it helps future Forscan code hunters. :D
