I tried it and was able to write the change.. will go for a test drive shortly and see if it really worked.

I loaded the latest stable from forscan.org and was able to connect with a Vlinker FD+ Bluetooth from windows.

Has anyone made modifications to the settings of their 2025 Lariat awd hybrid to add mud/ruts or any other modes? What about turning the seat belt card off? That one would be my number one ask.

The seatbelt card is easy to turn off, I did it on my 25 lariat just follow the instructions on the master list spreadsheet like it was any other year maverick. As far as mud/ruts mode I’d also like that but haven’t heard any news besides it not working yet.

It is federally mandated....so....no. If you want to silence it, you need to physically locate it and snip some wires or unplug a harness.

Confirmed, it was my cable. Bought a cheap one...lesson learned. Got the OBDLINK, changed a few settings already.

I used version 2.3.66 and it worked great on a 2025 Lariat. It also worked well in Linux using WINE.

Was able to disable auto stop/start on my 2025. However I still can't seem to find a way to disable driver restrictions. But at least the worst offender is gone.
