Until you replace Ford's OEM battery with a AGM non-Ford battery with a greater capacity, you will most likely haves issues with your battery in the future. Many other treads discuss this at great lengths...
It's possible that if the battery is indeed undersized, it could lead to a recall. I use the same Group Size 47 (H5) battery for my Chevy Volt as well.

I opened my back door to remove groceries and left it open for a few minutes . I came back and heard relays clicking . I shut the door and then I locked the doors . I walked off and heard more noises . All while the truck is off . Then I walked by the truck to get the mail . More clicks . It’s no wonder some people are concerned about battery issues.
I have a ‘23 F-150 with the Ecoboost engine and I have the same clicking. My assumption is it knows I’m in proximity because of my keyfob. No idea what’s “waking up” when I get near but it’s definitely a repeatable situation.

Ford should have issued a recall by now! I do not understand why Ford has not....

Forgive me if this has already been said, I think I figured this out. I haven't had cab lights in the truck for several months, tried the battery reset with little benefit. And the radio would shut off abruptly a couple seconds after stopping the truck. A couple weeks ago I charged the battery for a day and a half then immediately did the reset, since then I have cabin lights and the radio will stay on for 10 mins or until I open the door.

Charged both my Maverick and Corsair several times to 100%. Within about 2 weeks they were both down to 60-60%.

That worked for me for about 2 weeks.

i've never installed it and have had 0 problems ever. I know the app some some good things about it but to be a slave to metric/monitoring and false alerts..... I don't get it, there's more to life then being a slave to an app..it's a truck for God's sake - it's not a rocket ship

I have solved my battery drain issue by going to the Ford Pass App on the Touchscreen and turning off connectivity . I turned off automatic updates , Wi-Fi and toggled off insurance data . I deleted my ford app on my phone . Now it’s not searching for my Wi-Fi signal parked in my garage . It’s not gathering info for my insurance company to use against me in court if I have an accident . It’s not refreshing to find a nearby ford dealer or my location if I want to navigate somewhere . I don’t need the fordpass app to tell my tire pressure or any other info , because all I have to do is look at the dash settings for that . All these things were draining my battery when the truck was off . Also no clicking noises now when it’s off . Try it if you are having the issue . Of course it could be a defective battery or the module that controls connectivity in the truck to the app . Ford may not have not told anyone this because they want to keep you connected to the app which is not necessary .
Ummm. I'm pretty sure the clicking has absolutely nothing to do with any of this.

I’ve turned everything off including WiFi, location services, downloads, and all Ford Pass app connectivity and I still lose dash and dome lights 2-3 times a week but, still starts. OEM battery at 11.5v nearly every time I start. I’ll replace the OEM crappy battery, after it completely quits, with a third party AGM and I’ll probably still need to use my battery tender.

I've never had an issue with my EB Maverick but my previous Escape was a nightmare.

I removed the Maverick from the app and deleted everything as well. Everything works like it should and starts daily. Battery starting voltage is lower than I'm happy with but it is what it is. I don't even have an AGM yet but when this one dies I'll be getting one I can maintain on my charger especially during winter. The only thing I've noticed is during remote starts sometimes when entering the interior lights don't come on. I've totally given up trying to understand FORD's reasoning for all this. I'll just deal with it as it comes to me. All I know is the previous Escape Hybrid had 3 no starts even when used on longer trips putting 20k on in a year. It was a disaster. The Maverick EB has not had a single issue so far and it's a '22 with 16k on it - so, short trips since I bought it used at 11k a year ago.
