Since I am new here and don't quite understand the process I am assuming that on Thursdays Ford sends out an email if there is a status update to your order? Meaning that if the vehicle is "in production" they will let you know on Thursdays via email.

Just wanted to clarify. I assume I will hear nothing for a while since I ordered on 1/25.

Yes, you may be in for a wait. I ordered mine on August 12 and still have not received word from Ford or dealer as to a build date. Mine is a hybrid, but it sounds like ecoboost and hybrid both are experiencing the same delays due to chip shortages. Good luck!

You know, if you think about it Ford has something of a counterintuitive incentive to push forward with newer orders first. At this point, June orders aren't going to get much more annoyed with Ford, but a last week of January order is going to be impressed and speak highly of Ford.

I think lux package is a problem the spray in bed liners are an issue right now.

I sent an email off to FORD today. The January builds pushed me over the edge. I have to say this:
If you ordered a Mav in January, and got scheduled today. I am in no way upset with you! I'm very happy for you, I'm super excited for you, but it should not have happened... and that's on FORD.

I guess I'll see what happens. As with my build date... I'm guessing nothing.

Congrats to all that got Build dates. This is getting ridiculous I have a simple build no constraints but I can’t get scheduled after 3 months I ordered in the first week of November. I wouldn’t mind if they would schedule builds ordered before me but January and December builds I’m most likely out

Jason, I ordered a hybrid XL with only a drop-in bed liner on October 30. At the earliest, I don’t expect mine until mid-May, but won’t be shocked if it is August. There are tens of thousands of people in line ahead of us. If I ordered in June/July/August and saw November/December/January folks ahead of me, I would be having a cow .
