That does not make sense.
If they have enough parts to make 10,000 * 0.4 = 4000 Hybrids in June
And the reason for only 2800 Mavs in July is vacation time and not parts.
They should be able to make 2800 Hybrids in July

I see this post every week but what is it telling me? I only see they are scheduling for the week but do not see how many they are building or what orders they are building. I ordered my hybrid xlt luxury package, 360, moonroof and sliding rear window. I under stand my constraints are the lux and 360.

Surprised you have been scheduled...Sept 17 here with everything you had except I went Lariat. Called two weeks ago and got a VIN with an estimated build of 5/30

I was joking about vacation. Trying to make fun of only producing 2800. Their preventative have always been 40/60.

I ordered mine oct 21 no vin yet no question answered called the ford production number said I have order in processing should have my ford maverick hybrid scheduled soon . I not understand why can not get any answers or a thread hope.

They’ve been saying for months that the hybrid is constrained at 40%, so I would assume their scheduling target mix Is 40/60 every month, no?

I’m starting to believe they are literally running out of hybrid parts as we head toward the end of the MY22 production cycle. Even though they’ll build until 10/21, I suspect they’ll end up building dealer stock EBs toward the tail end, since they clearly over-forecast the EB components needed.

Order and confirmed on 8/2/21 Area 51, hybrid XLT Lux & 360. Sliding rear window and rolling tonneau cover. Heard nothing but early promise of some free FITS.

During a recent YT live stream @fordvideoguy mentioned that Ford must be caught up on Ecoboost orders. Long McArthur only has a handful of June through August Ecoboost orders left. Most of the hybrid June and July orders have multiple constrained items.

The 40/60 balance is the end goal because that's the number of drivetrains anticipated at the beginning of the MY.

Those are build weeks. Maverick has scheduled builds every week in June. Some months they may only have 1 or 2 build weeks as you can see some ford models have none in June.
