No garage door opener on 2025 Maverick ?

Is it still true that on the 2025 maverick there is no integrated garage door opener.
I could not find anything in the owner manual or on the internet.
How do you open and close your doors.
I long lost the original opener.

They sell replacements at home depot. I down loaded the app to my iPhone and you can open it from anywhere

Although it's an easy fix, like a simple clip-on garage door clicker, I think for the increased prices over the years on the Maverick, it should have a built-in garage door opener at this point. If the Bronco Sport can have one (same platform and parts-sharing) then the Maverick should too. Especially when fully-equipped ones are now well north of $40K.

Well said and I don't get it. My top level trim Lariat does not have it, but yet my wife's Bronco Sport Big Bend which is the entry level trim has it. Just shaking my head.

I never liked the visor clip-on remotes. If your car is parked in the parking lot and somebody breaks your window. They can get your information from the glove box where 90% of the people keep it. There's your address, they now have the remote at very least they can get into the garage if it's an attached garage they may gain access to the house.
If your car is in the driveway the integrated remotes will work even if your car is turned off.

You can then open your garage door from anywhere with your phone or Apple Watch. Hugely convenient when riding bikes, coming home on foot, letting someone in, taking out the trash, etc.

Here here on the advice to ignoring the few miserable people on here. i also agree that I haven’t found a need for the self dimming mirror. The tint on the rear window is dark enough to handle bright lights coming through it for me.

I need the dimming rear mirror. I'm very sensitive to light (Part of Blue eyes ) and I am almost legally blind in my right eye from an injury in my youth. If a Vehicle I own factory tint isn't dark enough for Headlights etc. I have added additional tint in the rear areas (NOTE: I really am not a fan for long term add on film / tint). In Prep. for my 2025 I found one of the Kia / Gentek Dimming, Homelink Mirrors everyone talks about from a Kia Dealer. $ 65.00 delivered more than others seem to have paid in the past but way less than others I have searched.

Don't think so.
I have used these little controller's for years.
My last three vehicles have had integrated remote buttons.
When I realized that if someone broke into the vehicle, the garage door could be opened without the car key or car running. I decided against programming them. Inside the truck I conceal a small remote.

Be cautious, for when you leave garage door opener in your vehicle, it allows unknows to get into you garage and maybe your house. NOT GOOD. Be safe always
