Thank you for your answer but google map keep running normally on my phone while the screen is frozen.

Last night I had the automatic update for the trailer thing. Today my Sync 4 screen freezes constantly. I use Google map but now the screen freezes after just few minutes again and again and so on. Does anyone else experience the same issue? Thank you.

no. This thing will collect dust and trash and all the content is in full sun right behind the windshield.

You could not drive where I live ( Utah) with a license pate hanging so low. It would last probably no more than 1/2 mile

Not required in Utah either, but there was one under the rear seat. I junked it.
