Would like to drive it with the Maverick this fall . Have done it many times in various vehicles (Attached 1 pic years ago in our CR-V). Easy to overdrive if not on top of your wheel. The Dragon has become a lot more enforced than it use to be due to accidents. My problem....... No one...
Ford Keeps reducing the Number of points on New Maverick (or other Ford Models also ?? ) earned. My 25 I received 33K points. Prior years were higher. Honestly not that the Ford rewards / points would have made any difference to me in my selection of a Ford Vehicle. To the BEAN counters at...
Unless I got wrong information a few months ago, 12 Months is now when you loose the points unless you have some type of Activity (Purchase of Ford Stuff etc.) to keep points active
Ford Pass Points are a Pain to figure out and use. With my Points expiring and Now have owned my 25 Lariat HEV for 1 year, I had no need for Parts Or Services, Instead I used Most of my points (25K or about) to extend my Premium Connectivity for another 12 months. I still have 7,010 points...
Thank you for the Update. Does not seem any difference for clearance with the revised Demco BP. Disappointed in that it seems no difference.
I still like the Demco Base plate over the other 2 brands in less butchering of the Shutters & Surround.
Compromise and decisions on which I'll...
OK, Thanks for clarification. Since I have not purchased anything from Ford since purchasing my 25 Lariat looks Like I'll loose them if I don't use them by Next Month. SO I'll use my points towards my connected services (Navigation or Premium Connectivity) that expire next month.
I don't...
Searched & Googled with various answers..... 12 months, 18 months, 24 Months, 36 Months
Bought my Maverick Feb. 2025 So I'm right at 10 months and don't want to loose point if 12 months.
I have no Visa associated with Ford and I have seen where ford changed Expiration for those with Ford Visa.
Nice easy addition. don't have to worry about tailgate slipping out of hands when wet or hands full of stuff when needing to open.
From all the ones I have seen from various resellers, They are all about the same quality and more than likely from the same China mfg's. SO don't pay more for a...
As long as you use oil that meets Ford specification your warranty is valid.
So....... Ford has their own refinery in Dearborn Mich. ? NOT!
Ford Oils are blended by various Oil refiners Such As ConocoPhillips Blends the standard Motorcraft oils. Valvoline Produces Motorcraft's full...
Connect the charge Line to the 12V access point in the engine bay. On the drivers side frame rail there is a "RED" plastic cap that covers the 12V Stud. This is also used if you ever need to jump start your Mav. There are youtube videos from eTrailer setting up the Maverick for Flat towing...
Thanks for heads up. I have a 2025 and planning on a Demco BP and DIY. I'll not use the Demco supplied Bolts and Purchase higher grade / quality Bolts.
Just a hunch but I'm guessing the Demco supplied Grade 5 Bolts were not quality or their supplier has issues or Counterfeit bolts—those...
That looks like the same I have. Mine came as part of a package with a tray for the center console. I received mine as a Vine reviewer. Honestly, I only wanted the center console tray to better urilize storage / access. It was a week or so after receiving and already had the center...
Escalate to District Service manager. Years ago I worked for a large GM dealer and I the Service manager, General Manager & owner of the Dealership feared the District service manager like a IRS Tax Audit.
Thanks for the Information, Pictures and measurements. Is there any markings (Numbers etc.) that distinguish the New revision Base Plate ? The part Number shown in your first picture is the same part number as the older Base Plate (9519366). I don't know if Demco (and various resellers...
Google / Ebay these part Numbers:
Gentex GNTX-1124 HFCHL4
Kia Part # A7062-Adup1
NOTE: the "4" in the part # HFCHL4 refers to the 4th Generation of Homelink, While backwards compatible to older Homelink openers etc., it does not have certain features of generation 5...
Please update once you receive the new Base Plate and get installed. If you can compare the differences and post. Good to hear Demco is working on a solution. I'm ready to order a base plate but will hold of a little while longer to see outcome. Thanks for updates.
