No Maverick Scheduling Next Week (11/8)

I always thought of myself as a patient person, you know, good things come to those who wait kind of guy. But this is really testing me. Ordered 1st week of August, order confirmed within a hour then nothing....crickets, nothing from dealer, nothing from Ford, at least the Bronco order has given me a production date & 2 pushed dates !

Happened to me too, I ordered in July still no build date, so I found a dealer who had my exact build I wanted on their lot. I bought her today.

Me too. Exactly the same situation and timeline.

In all fairness to Ford if you read through the confirmation email you received they specifically mention the minimum amount of times they will contact you. No where do they ever say they contact you every time a delay in production happens or even allude to letting us know how the inner workings of their allocation system works.

1. Confirmation email
2. Scheduled for Production email
3. Built email
4. Shipped email

What confirmation email from Ford. My dealer sent me a authorized order number. I have had no response from Ford. And yes, they took my driver's license and I signed a purchase order and have an order number; but no dates or response from Ford and my dealer doesn't seem to be aware of anything even though other area dealers have had trainings and Mavericks on their lots for people to view.

I had a scheduled built date for 11/8/21 and about 2 weeks ago I got an email that they pushed it out a week to 11/15/21. So far all sounds like it's on track for me.

Yikes reading some of this is scary. I placed my order for the 2.0 eco boost on October 27th with the dealer saying 8-10 weeks for delivery. I’m beginning to see that may not be the case. Everyone and anyone was saying the hybrid was going to be the truck hard to obtain looking at 6 to 8 month’s. Any truths behind this? Probably best bet is to find a distraction from being down to sharing one car with my wife because our other car took a shit unexpectedly. Hope the quality isn’t jeopardize and they still make solid builds.

I love that color. To me, this makes sense in your scenario - only if you get your exact build, and only if you pay what you were going to pay if you'd waited.

I ordered on 9/22, unexpectedly and very lucky I got a build week scheduled the very next day of 11/15. Since that scheduling I have gotten three more emails from Ford pushing it back a week each time, the last one a week ago pushing it back to 12/6.

Ok, I just ordered mine on 10/27. So far I’ve only got a confirmation email about my order. I don’t have a build date yet. But if I had to guess, it would be January sometime. Thanks.

We just scheduled a lot of work to be done on our house - windows, siding, gutters, etc. After signing I got an email saying that scheduling was 18-22 weeks out, which didn't surprise me. Then I got an email from my salesman saying that everyone after me would be scheduled for 24-28 weeks out and I thought "Where have I heard that before?"

My order was a June 11 order. It is a Lariat XLT with the luxury package. I took off the trifold and bed liner to hurry it up. I still don’t have a vin number. I get the last brownie.
