Did the dealer laugh in your face? They want you to not buy the truck at this point because they could sell it for a huge markup. I totally understand the frustration, I have a June order that has not been scheduled yet, but pre-ordering a totally new vehicle during the worst global supply-chain disaster in my lifetime, a vehicle that has no real competitor at the pricepoint and therefore has insane demand, you had to know you were signing up for a roller-coaster ride.I'd settle for my bed liner for free and I did ask my dealer for it
I made it clear I'm a little pissed off.
I won't hold my breath though

As an X-gen'er, I'll speak for all of us by saying we're chronically pissed at "the system" and authority in general.Nah, complaining about customer service issues, especially when the business isn't in the wrong, is definitely a boomer past time.
I just received this morning MY build date of 12-13 for my Ruby Red Lariat 1st edition, along with my VIN number, When will I receive ???? time will tell. Best part is that it's a start on not hearing anything since my order date of 6/14If you haven't received this yet -- it’s coming, it goes to dealers first.
