The dealer told me that they contacted some Ford people and they "confirmed the issue is present and they are working on a solution". Supposedly, they will call me back when the solution...

    Yes, I email them but they said to do so and that they didn't mind. I know it won't speed up anything but at least it helps me mentally to know something even if it's nothing. At the speed this is going I may have this truck by May or June. Maybe I end up being friends will all Chapman Ford by then!

    Hey all, anybody ordered a hybrid from Chapman Ford? Did you receive the vehicle or at least is being built? I ordered in August, still not scheduled. Today I received an email from Chapman and the priority got changed from 10 to 17. That's not a good sign.
