Someone with more knowledge may give you an exact date but I am thinking if you didn't get the email from Ford, you might be SOL.

Picked up my truck on the 14th and all my accessories were delayed in shipping so I am going in Wednesday to get everything installed and this is waiting for me as well.

Ecoboost deliveries started in September. Hybrid deliveries started at the end of November. That delay is why Ford is providing the free gift for early hybrid buyers.

I ordered mine on 6/29 and never received a "free FITS kit' email, so probably not early enough.

Got my free FITS yesterday after getting my Maverick on Monday. The trash bin and cup holders are the only ones that I'll fine super functional (the cup holder actually fits diagonally in the bin when it's installed). I also used the "wire holder" to hold a bit of emergency paracord under the back seat.

My white XLT hybrid with just a hitch option was picked up 12/16. I stopped by dealer to wish my salesman a Happy New Years. He said he had a box arrive for me. We opened it and it was the free Fits kit.

I never thought I would get one as my order took only 97 days. I never got an email from Ford since I ordered my truck. Guess they don't have my email. I will use a divider and the trash can and the rest of the dividers are just extras for now.

I have the email, but when I picked up my XL hybrid today, they did not have a FITS kit for me. I'll give it a week or so, and see if it shows up.

I got mine when I picked up my truck today. I had to ask around and finally the parts guy said he had gotten a box but didn’t know what it was for. No communication from ford to the dealer apparently.
