I have been getting the dreaded deep sleep messages, and not seen my dome light come on for a few weeks...I had my battery previously replaced early this year at just about a year old, this new battery barely lasted not even 10 months...Luckily I work at a dealer so not a big time waster for me, but frustrating, thinking I may need to replace the battery every year. I am also getting the 23E09 pcm update done, hope that may help...Will update as I know more...

FORD and deep sleep battery drain currently is a BIG problem.

The Auto Stop/Start is a battery killer if you mostly drive short distances.

Warranty Motorcraft batteries, I had good results previously, but once they cost me $$$, will switch to something else, like Johnkn did..

Well you work at a dealership so it makes this much less inconvenient. For me In going with a better battery first time. I have the same truck as you except it’s a 2023 and a base Lariat. My guess is I’m less likely to have issues because it’s a base but not sure. We will see.

Same here. I haven't had any battery issues yet (knock wood). But first time I do, I'ma go get a compatible DieHard or equivalent Duralast battery. Closest dealer is over an hour away and I don't want to mess with them, if possible.

Quick question for you. I know you live in the south. Do you have the luxury package on your truck? I don’t living in AZ and have had zero issues or messages as of yet.

Same here, I'm on number three and likely headed for the fourth when I get around to it. Battery saver mode is back on a regular basis. It always starts but FordPass is just a useless icon on my phone.

Shouldn't the year old battery that lasted a year have been replaced for free by Ford under the factory 3 year warranty?
