How can side visibility be an issue? They have built in wide angle corner mirror inserts. I can see cars that are practically next to me in those corner inserts. The only issue I ever have is when low cars follow too closely. They dissappear behind my tailgate.

What integrated blind spot mirror? Is that a MY23 thing? Or XLT and up?

I find the side and rear visibility is terrible on my 23 Maverick XLT. I bought “off the floor”, and some of the niceties weren’t included. Can I get any of the, at least, side collision warning system to add after the fact, third party? And would it require forscan programming? Thanks for any guidance.
I guess you will get used to it, I am not facing any issues on my 2023

I love the visibility and ease of getting in and out of the Maverick. Even though I am 6' 1" I have the seat adjusted up and still tons of head room. The integrated blind spot mirrors are awesome for me as well.

I do have one bitch about this truck. If I am in a hurry to get things done, I need to not take my Maverick. Yesterday I had two people want to stop and ask me about the Maverick. Lost almost half an hour. :ROFLMAO: (y)

I think those wide angle inserts you're talking about are only on the non-CP360 trucks. If you have copilot 360, you don't get those, as the blind spot light is there instead.

still, point being that the Maverick has above average to good visibility in the driver's seat, so if the OP really can't see perhaps they need to adjust their center rear view mirror, or adjust the driver's seat height.

After our first road trip in my MY23, I immediately removed the rear headrests. Made a world of difference for rear visibility.

Also, I took a Defensive Driving course for my last job and one of the main takeaways was that you have no reason to need to see your door handles in your rear view mirrors. Angle them out to where you need to lean your head over to see the door handles on both sides. If you don't have CP360, learn to use the blindspot mirrors.

I still turn my head to check when I merge onto highways, I can see out between the driver and rear driver window well enough to check the blindspot.

TLDR; Try changing your mirror angles and remove the rear headrests before your sell it...

I have been driving my '22 for exactly one year this month. Lariat without Lux pkg. I do have the blind spot warning [orange lights in the side mirrors] but even without that , visibility is as good as any vehicle and better than some. I have the 8 way power driver's seat and like to sit high so that helps. If you are short and sit low, then it could be an issue. Try sitting on a pillow and adjusting things accordingly. Find an XLT w/ the Lux pkg and CoPilot 360 or a Lariat that has some of the safety items you need, and that has rear cross traffic alert when you back up. Sorry to have to say this but you didn't evaluate your needs prior to your purchase. With strong resale values, you will do better than most any other vehicle if you sell it.

Not really sure what the issue is. This truck has very few blind spots. I ordered mine without all the lane sensors. I like the suicide mirrors. I can see everything really easy. 🤷🏽

I have BLIS and prefer the blind spot mirrors. So, I added them. It is the very first mod I do on every vehicle.

We've done the same with a RAV4 and Prius - many new vehicles have this issue.

Simple. Order one the way you want it. Did you test drive? Pretty common sense stuff. It’s a vehicle and has safety concerns that differ for drivers.
YES, Maybe buy a CONVERTIBLE????
