Good for you! That's what this forum is all about. That 3 bucks less than what I paid on Cyber Monday. :ROFLMAO: It turned my friends 22 Denali right over no problem. (They have BMS issues too). See if you can get the case for 50% off too. It's real nice and stores the unit nicely with a...
Amen. Getting built by the UAW will not necessarily translate to a trouble free life time vehicle. I think the bigger problem is all the off shore Chinese made parts that are flooding our shelves nowadays.
I carry a Lokithor 2250 in each vehicle. I flat refuse to jump anything from my vehicles but more than willing to boost them from my jump starter. For me, these modern vehicles are much too computerized to jumper from. Why take chances. Shit always happens.
I would say look for a product...
Anywhere in the renderings does it indicate another $3,000 price increase making the '25 version of my truck costing now at least 6 grand more than I paid. I'll say my truck is going to hold good value for some time to come. (y)
Agreed. This last batch of issues with the hybrid has been a real kick in the ass. No need of that, the software update should have been more vetted before it was released to the public. People could be hurt, seriously. You got lucky or blessed depending on your lifestyle. :)
Others here have reported issues like you describe with the Hybrids after a recall. Some software upgrade gone awry by the sounds of it. Also read somewhere here Ford is "Looking into it".
Good luck. Things like this do rock the confidence boat.
I have and hate it. LOL. As I've stated. the 91 octane has basically cured the issue along with other benefits making the extra money spent beneficial.
I would say what the tech is trying to do is discharge a super capacitor(s) somewhere that is staying charged after battery disconnect and maintaining memory somewhere. Just may work. Who knows. I wouldn't't think it would hurt anything.
On that day your warranty will change to 0 miles / 0 years. On the other hand, if the warranty means nothing to you, enjoy the mods.. Your EB will love you.
I make a point to bring my vehicle back to the dealer I purchased it from, even if that means I have to drive a bit further, as I have always gotten faster and better service overall that way.
Get the code for the CEL, just to be more specific, and check with the service manager if it is safe...
Ouch, last tank fill I paid $4.09 for 91 E-free. I cannot believe what a huge difference all the way around it makes for the EB engine. It like I just got an ECU tune. LOL. I prefer to plug along the interstate about 5 over the limit and content to let all those in a hurry blow by me. In...
Most of the time I use a damp micro fiber cloth as my truck does not get very dirty on the inside. I think the blue textured panels look great the way they are without any armor-all type shine on them.
Looks similar to my Amazon cover I paid $160.00 for. Six months in and still looks and works great. I would give it a shot.
I too like Extang, but too rich for my blood now.
