Car being built but not what I ordered!

I originally had build date for week of the Feb 6th then got changed to week of the 13th. I called yesterday and they said it went to production on the 8th. I was thrilled!!!
Today, I decided to see if it has a window sticker and check status. It does but I ordered an XLT hybrid in carbonized gray. It says they are building an XLT EB/AWD in Alto blue This one also has lux package which I didn't order.
I will call Ford Monday and hopefully get this straightened out. I have a feeling I am going to be waiting a while for my truck now. I will buy something else if I can't get the hybrid.

Does the tracker say XLT EB AWD or is it your window sticker?
There have been issues with the tracker displaying incorrect info.

The Window Sticker IS the build instructions to the factory.

Looks like your dealer made some changes "for you." Incredible as to how brazen these dealers can get. What does your copy of the DORA (Order) show? Is this a new order or a rollover/cancelled order?

We've seen dealers change options on people. Changing color is a new one. Curious how this turns out.

I have the copy of what they printed out when they put in the order. Definitely hybrid, etc. Exactly what I ordered.
Tracker and window sticker show EB, AWD, LUX in blue not gray.

That's the copy to verify before they ordered it. I have the actual sales sheet and left deposit. I hope they didn't change it.
They called me a few weeks after I got a build date and VIN and asked if I wanted to make changes due to constraints. I told them I already had build date and VIN, they were surprised. They then advised don't make changes if you have VIN.

Where is the DORA with your name on it? It's almost like they put your email address on someone else's order.

So ummmm... Did they actually get your order in? Would verify with Ford they are still seeing your order and it didn't get purged.
