I will definitely be calling Ford on Monday as I hope have an order. If the dealer messed up I won't use that dealer when I order next year. If Ford messed up, maybe they'll put me to the top of the list for my inconvenience:ROFLMAO: I won't hold my breath on the that.

Luckily my current car still runs fine but is high mileage 260,000 so I figured I order something instead of getting stuck having to buy now if something happens to it. With a build date in February I was just thinking to trade it in with the snow tires on it even if it didn't get here for a bit. Since, I will probably be waiting longer I need to get summer tires.

Pretty sure when they had rollovers, they were supposed to check if there were any duplicate order numbers and change the non-rollover.……guess they missed that memo

My dealer told me that assigning an order code is entirely on the dealer and that they were just reusing the same order number on my rollover as they did on the original order. Order code series is dealer initiated. As I understand it, any number of dealers can use the same order number attached to their specific dealer identification.
I got the same order number on my rollover that I had on my original order.

Is this a 2022 - 2023 rollover? If it is and your If your dealer duplicated order codes, you will not have the private offer correctly loaded into Smart Vincent for the 22-23 roll-over. Your dealer should have fixed this long ago (Ford put out several memo's telling dealers to ensure they did not duplicate order numbers, as that would cause problems - You may not even have an actual order in the system. They were supposed to make sure the 2023 order number was the same as the 2022 order number, and change the other order to something else). You need to sit next to the GM as a call is placed to Ford to verify the order and fix whatever needs to be fixed.

If it is not roll-over, order code duplicates happen from time to time, and do make things confusing, especially for the same model. Your dealer needs to verify your order in the system, and if it is not yet scheduled, change the order number to something unique so you can properly track it.

Then your order number needs to be changed to something else. The damage to the rollover order has probably already been done, but to make life easier for you in tracking the order via Ford customer service, have your dealer change your order number if it is not already scheduled.

I did have email from Ford with order. Dealer corrected it yesterday and changed order number. I called Ford and verified.
While I will be back to waiting for a build date I added the SIBL.
