Does the tracker say XLT EB AWD or is it your window sticker?
There have been issues with the tracker displaying incorrect info.
Pretty sure when they had rollovers, they were supposed to check if there were any duplicate order numbers and change the non-rollover.……guess they missed that memoThis does not sound good. I hope it works out for you.

My dealer told me that assigning an order code is entirely on the dealer and that they were just reusing the same order number on my rollover as they did on the original order. Order code series is dealer initiated. As I understand it, any number of dealers can use the same order number attached to their specific dealer identification.This does not sound good. I hope it works out for you.

Then your order number needs to be changed to something else. The damage to the rollover order has probably already been done, but to make life easier for you in tracking the order via Ford customer service, have your dealer change your order number if it is not already scheduled.My order is not a roll over. The other order was a roll over.
