Unlock all doors with FOB single button press mod confirmed working (via FORScan)

This mod applies to all models that use a key fob to lock and unlock the doors.

By default to unlock all doors requires 2 button presses, 1 to unlock the front doors then again to unlock the back doors. This mod will unlock both the front and back doors with a single key press.

Default - 2 button press front then back

You'll get a checksum error when you change the value but forscan should correct it when it writes the new value. That's it.

'Two-stage unlocking' Ford calls the setting.

The owner's manual calls out instructions for doing it via the fob but the mention of the door sensor makes it sound like it may be Lariat-applicable.

Reprogramming the Unlocking Function
You can enable two-stage unlocking function allowing you to unlock only the driver door when you touch the unlock sensor. Press and hold both the lock and unlock buttons on the remote control for four seconds to disable or enable two-stage unlocking.

I can unlock mine with one button press. No FORScan required. It can be programmed in the settings.

Did you do this by holding the lock and unlock together for 4 seconds like stated above? Also do you have a lariat or a different trim?

Maybe, I don’t know.
Here is what I did:

•Go to vehicle settings
•Locks
•Remote unlock
•select “All Doors”

The pictures got out of order when unattached them but you should be able to get the idea.

I gotta admit I'm an idiot. I was all cocky and was convinced I had been through that menu a million times. Well I had but then I realized that I was only seeing wipers as a setting because I didn't SCROLL UP. Face palm on my part. Thanks for the help
