Forscan - Unable to Sign Up

So it looks like Forscan is not approving new members right now. When going to the Forums site to register the option to sign up is not there.
I just had my OBD tool delivered and really want to get to work doing some things on the XLT (unlock the FX4 drive modes for sure).
Would anyone be willing to share their account with me so I can get going with this? I'd really appreciate it!

If they are able to take bitcoin then they can get back to selling licenses. Put the money in paypal then buy some bitcoin through paypal and then pay it that way.

I think O.P. is referring to signing up to the forum.
Hopefully the free 2 month trial is still available if you are already signed up, but I'll have to try later when I'm home with my laptop.
EDIT: I was able to get the 2-month trail license, but I had already signed up a few months ago on the forum.

The only thing I'm really interested in is enabling Traffic Sign Recognition.

There was a recommendation in this post from @Automate that the auto-switch cable performs better. Something to consider ...

Get the Vgate vLinker FS if you want a fully capable cable cheaper than the OBDLink.

I just got a 2mo license and was able to get Eco & Sport on my FX4 (today). Also, the global window down function is now enabled (lariat).

...howTF do you register on that friggn Forscan forum registration form ? followed ALL the required/CORRECT info on username, password, email address, language, timezone and it seems the last one, *VEHICLE (and i'm only guessing ?) seems to be holding things up, i dunno ? is there some 'proper' way of entering the 'correct' info or what ? i already paid for a one yr license and all that, but getting registered on the forum's been a real pain in the a** !
can anyone elighten me w/a screenshot or EXACT info needed for application on that forum form ? thanx !

I just got a 2mo license and was able to get Eco & Sport on my FX4 (today). Also, the global window down function is now enabled (lariat).

I really want to enable sport mode on my Mav (eb, tow, FX4) that I literally just picked up!

step 2 - be able to complete registration
step 3 - be forced to email forskin for newest version of forskin that supports the maverick features you see mentioned on this site
step 4 - wait for that email to come back with a download link
step 5 - be able to forskin your truck


now you can do it another way (optional)

step 1 - read what I said and disregard it
step 2 - eventually figure out you need to pay for forskin
step 3 - get registered and download forskin from their site
step 4 - get errors when using forskin
step 5 - think you are doing something wrong
step 6 - order a different usb dongle
step 7 - receive same errors
step 8 - be more frustrated
step 9 - go back and re-read my instructions
step 10 - follow said instructions
step 11 - finally forskin your truck
step 12 - never thank me for my initial advice

I haven't read all the posts on this thread, but I can tell you're putting a lot of effort into helping everyone with forescan so thanks in advance for your assistance which I'm sure to use/need in the near future. And also thanks for the comic relief which is so needed with all of us trying to take delivery and subsequently "improve" our mavs
