Has anyone who has ordered a hybrid received a build confirmation? Hopefully most of you all aren’t in my situation and are banking on this car to replace a car I recently totaled. We’re in this together!
Sold my car 2 weeks ago because it was costing me more in repairs than it was worth. Fingers crossed on my Maverick. Being a one car household with 2 drivers stinks. Happy there is a support group

Yes. All faiths are welcome, though human and animal sacrifice are prohibited.
Millenial adjacent. entitled. I love that. I am old (wish I could say adjacent) and hope it gets here soon. Good luck Dylan and the rest

So, I got to see an FX4 Lariat today in Columbus, OH.

I mentioned that I have a Hybrid Lariat on order, and the phrase I heard in response was "Hopefully that will be here in January."

That could mean a variety of things....but I took it to mean hybrid production will not hit its stride until November....but I could be wrong.
Was this at Germain? That’s where I ordered mine and I’m starting to wonder if I should have gone to a smaller dealer to maybe get one sooner. Lot of second guessing on my part.

Seems logical, especially if scheduled for production in late November....

I have a flaky wheel spin sensor and next inspection is in March, not a huge issue but when it flakes out all my dash lights with with brake and ABS and traction control faults and it wouldn't pass. Luckily, a pothole or bump seems to fix it. I also have a loan I am trying to pay off before I take out the loan for the Maverick, so the sweet spot for me is October or November.

Yes, it was at Germain. The Ford rep is the one who responded, so I think it could be a case where Ohio is at the back of the line for Hybrids and/or Mavericks in general.

Ordered and confirmed on 6/29 for an XLT Hybrid, Area 51 and only added a trailer hitch. I'm replacing a 2015 Colorado that has lost $2,000 in trade value since I ordered. Was just about going to break even on the trade/purchase price at that point but will likely be paying a lot more by the time it comes in. Trying my best not to drive my current truck too much to retain as much value as possible.
Have you received quotes from Carvana or Vroom?

Thanks to my Maverick Hybrid order placed on 06/10/2021, I finally let go of 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Limited. The used car dealer offered great price, if not insane, but they sold it within a week. As I was waiting for Maverick delivery, the gas prices shut up so much, that even hybrid would not be enough for my use case. So I decided to go full EV. As I use car a lot - I will save significant amount of dough. Before price hike EV were 6 times more economical vs. ICE, but now they are close to 10 times (for hybrid - it is 3 and 5 times more economical), so it is really hard to ignore. It was great opportunity to experience pickup truck in the household, but gas prices and production delays (most likely late November delivery) pretty much ruined any chances for me. Off I went with Tesla Model 3 Performance order - scheduled delivery August 28- September 17. I know, it is not the same and it is a rocket when compared to hybrid, but why not enjoy 3.1 secs 0-60? I stopped by the Ford dealer today to collect the deposit and told him to feel free to keep the order, so he gets the car and resells it when it comes finally. He (dealer) was very happy with prospect of extra hot car in inventory. Wish you all luck!

Carvana and CarMax quotes, yes. But they are only good for about two weeks. When I ordered at the end of June, my truck was appraised at $20,000 and now sits around $18,500.

We now see that only EBs got Lux and Lariats scheduled today so that may be more than just rumor.

Hm you're right, no luxury packages with hybrid today from what I see, but plenty of non-lux hybrids. Ford, lol why are you so mysterious. I would say it must be spray-in liner... but the ecoboosts got it so... wtf.

Echoing other posts, yes, waiting for scheduling. Order for FEP in A51 was confirmed June 17 but no news since. I am replacing a 2014 Escape that still runs great so I am not vexed, but anxious none the less. Good luck to us all :D
