6 months and haven't heard a thing support group

I would like to think as a kid I would have passed the marshmallow test. Oct 25th order and zip from dealer. Might call in Jan to see. Only thing that would deter me at this point if they said I was 2023 model year. . .

Not sure what I would do but rethink vehicle option.

It hasn't even been two months. What exactly do you want the dealer to tell you?

I ordered from Ed at the Philly location. He just emailed me and said the spray in liner may be holding my order up and offered to switch me to the drop in. I don't want the drop in, had it on another truck and didn't like it.

Mike215, I am in the same exact boat. Ordered in XLT with Luxury package August from Ed in Philly and just got an email yesterday suggesting switching from spray in to drop in to speed things up by as much as 6 months. I have never had a drop in liner but have not heard/read great things and I am reluctant. I am leaning towards just waiting for the spray in liner, but am continuing to research and look for advice. Will be interested in hearing what you do.

Yes, I ordered a FE, my biggest gripe is that I can see others, same build, later order being produced.

I hope ppl like you guys .. get some kind of deal or discount idk..

I'm sure my maverick will be ready maybe by feb or march 2023 lol

My car was totaled last week, now I am short a vehicle.

ordered on 6/10, did not go thru, reordered on 11/15, got email from Ford, still waiting? i read some of the comments here blaming Ford?? it was the shortage of chips, you all should know that. put the blame on China, they are holding us as hostages and US need to make the chips here!!

I even went as far to change the spray in to drop in for my hybrid lux order, per dealer and Ford rep recommendation. did this the first of November and still can't get schedule! maybe because i ordered Oxford White and Ford will be lumping me in with hybrid fleet orders after all the MY22 retail orders are wrapped up next fall ha! July 7 confirmed order.

how do you go and change the order? i am thinking of adding remote start.

Hang tight with your order, from your description you have same color and wheel setup on your truck that I have, and it's really good looking - I was a mid June order and got my truck 4 weeks ago, well worth the wait!!

July 2nd (tried to order in late June but local dealer was unprepared/lacked knowledge of the process). Loaded lariat hybrid.

ZERO, ZILCH, NADA communications from FORD or the dealer.

I work in the communications field and my professional opinion is this is a horrible business model. My consumers’ opinion can’t be printed here.

I did finally get a build date (ordered 14 June 2021) for 14 March 22, then 11 April 22 now 28 March 22. I hope to see it right about the anniversary date of ordering it... maybe.
