Love this design. You have some real sheet metal smithing skills! Sure would be great if someone made metal, access covers for the rear cargo bed cubbies. The factory plastic ones are crap and aren’t secure at all.

Hello thanks for the post- I bought the same D rings from Amazon but the bolts I used M6-1.00 x 25mm just spin at the end and never tighten down. I know this is a lame question but can you tell me what you used. Thanks Dave

The "heavy duty" eyelets/rings being discussed in here shouldn't be trusted with a load.

Add a chip to the bracket. You could get $500.00 a bracket. Tell people it will ship March 2, 2022, but don’t ship it on that date.

Have a press conference and tell the world you can’t get any stainless steel. Tell them the paint companies are short of black paint. Tell them there are no boxes available to ship them.

So here’s what I did today. I wasn’t crazy about having to lose one of the tie downs when I installed the tail gate assist so I went and built ones that will fit and work with the assist. Only needed one but it would have drove me crazy having them mismatched, So I made 2. Made them out of stainless but I’ll probably powder coat them black so they don’t stand out as much.

I would like a set of these if you end up making more of them. Thanks Jon
