I've got several co-workers who ordered hybrids between late August and early October. If they get their emails today, work is going to slow down quite a bit!

I'm also passing my "best by" date. I've got the 7 month itch and looking to Wolfsburg soon.My last week of waiting. If no update from FoMoCo, I have the Subaru guy on standby. My Forester will be ordered today.

Wow...you just summarized 90% of this site. As for the other 10%, 7% is people like me complaining about Ford and not having a truck yet, 2% is people asking for details about the truck, and 1% who have gotten their trucks talking about aftermarket upgrades.Waiting for the fan boys to jump in here to say Ford doesn't need you blah blah blah. Then someone like me would post that Ford is missing out on possible sales and pissing off what could be long term customers, then some other genius will pop in to say that Ford is selling everything they can make and therefore not losing any sales. As a stockholder and Honors in Econ major I then *sigh*.

Does anyone have the ford customer service number? I’m a July hybrid order and if I don’t get an email today I’m going to call Ford.It seems like the scheduling actually happens on Wednesday and dealers could see the info if they are willing to look it up and communicate. The ford customer service and email system seems to be pushed the data on Thursdays. Then if you don't get an email customer service could check status for you just wait until after others start getting their emails. They need the dealer code and order number.
A good chunk of orders have not and will never get an email. There was some sort of issue in the early going.
